I loved the reception, it was great. Stayed in original deluxe king room with a huge bed, the comfiest pillows, as example. Lots of food, which was OUTSTANDING to satisfy everyone. The main bar was busy and the drinks were non-alcoholic. Fantastic value for money, I had a very enjoyable stay.

The stay was absolutely great. Clean place and ideal location. Staff were consistently courteous and setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. Furthermore, it was 200 metres from walls of chester. Incredible customer care too👌
